ON THE ISSUANCE OF REGULATIONS ON THE MANAGEMENT OF STATUES AND LARGE PAINTINGS (ARTISTIC PART)
THE MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION
Pursuant to Decree No. 81/CP dated November 8, 1993 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, authorities, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;
Pursuant to the Copyright section of the Civil Code of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to Decree No. 91/CP dated August 17, 1994 promulgating the Urban Planning Management Charter of the Government;
Pursuant to Circular No. 290/BXD-PC dated March 3, 2000 of the Ministry of Construction agreeing to issue the Regulations on the Management of Statue and Large Painting Construction (Artistic Part);
At the proposal of the Director of the Fine Arts Department;
DECISION:
Article 1: The attached Regulations on the Management of Statue and Large Painting Construction (Artistic Part) are hereby issued with this Decision.
- These regulations apply to the management and construction of the artistic part of statues and large paintings, including: creation of draft sketches, expression, material transformation, staging of paintings and sculptures.
- As for the basic construction part within the overall statue and large painting project, it does not fall within the scope of these regulations.
Article 2: This Decision shall be uniformly implemented throughout the country fifteen days from the date of signature.
Article 3: The Heads of the Ministry's Office, Heads of the relevant Departments and Bureaus of the Ministry, Directors of Provincial Departments of Culture and Information shall cooperate with Provincial Construction Departments under the direct jurisdiction of the Central Government to disseminate and guide sectors and levels to implement these Regulations./.
