Regarding the conversion of the Auto Machinery Factory into a dependent accounting unit of the Uong Bi Coal Company 

THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY

Pursuant to Decree No. 74/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;

Pursuant to Decree No. 50/CP dated August 28, 1996 of the Government on the establishment, restructuring, dissolution, and bankruptcy of state-owned enterprises;

Pursuant to Circular No. 1189/CP-DMDN dated December 31, 2001 of the Prime Minister approving the restructuring plan for production of some member units of the Vietnam Coal Corporation;

Based on the proposal of the Board of Directors of the Vietnam Coal Corporation (Circular No. 2501/CV-HDQT dated October 10, 2001) and the Director of the Organization and Cadres Department.

DECISION:

Article 1. Convert the Auto Machinery Factory, an independent accounting unit of the Vietnam Coal Corporation, into a dependent accounting unit of the Uong Bi Coal Company, an independent accounting unit of the Vietnam Coal Corporation.

Article 2. The General Director of the Vietnam Coal Corporation is responsible for organizing the transfer in accordance with current state regulations and the Charter of the Vietnam Coal Corporation.

The transfer figures shall be calculated as of December 31, 2001 and consolidated in the 2001 financial report of the Uong Bi Coal Company.

Article 3. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature. All previous documents that conflict with this Decision are hereby abolished.

The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, the Heads of Departments, the Director of the Inspection Agency, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, and the General Director of the Vietnam Coal Corporation, the Director of the Auto Machinery Factory, and the Director of the Uong Bi Coal Company are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
