THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to Decree No. 55/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 28, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Considering the request of Rang Dong Plastic Company (Letter No. 067/CV-TCKT dated February 16, 2005);
At the proposal of the Enterprise Reform and Development Board and the Director of the Personnel and Organization Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Amending Clause 1 and Clause 3 of Article 1 of Decision No. 157/2004/QĐ-BCN dated December 6, 2004 of the Minister of Industry on the transformation of Rang Dong Plastic Company into Rang Dong Plastic Joint Stock Company as follows:
"1. Registered capital structure:
The charter capital of the joint stock company is VND 82,480,000,000 (Eighty-two billion four hundred eighty million dong). Of which:
- State shareholding ratio: 79.18%;
- Shareholding ratio sold to employees within the company: 17.07%;
- Shareholding ratio sold outside the enterprise: 3.75%.
The value of one share: 100,000 Vietnamese dong."
"3. Employee benefits.
The total number of preferential shares sold to 648 employees within the company is 89,480 shares with a preferential value of VND 2,684,400,000. Among them, 18,480 preferential shares were sold on credit to 116 poor employees, valued at VND 1,293,600,000.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, Heads of Departments, Directors of Bureaus under the Ministry, the General Director of Rang Dong Plastic Company, and the Board of Directors of Rang Dong Plastic Joint Stock Company are responsible for implementing this Decision.
