BASED ON DECREE NO. 43/2003/NĐ-CP OF MAY 2, 2003 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT;
BASED ON DECISION NO. 110/2004/QĐ-TTg OF JUNE 23, 2004 OF THE PRIME MINISTER ON THE ISSUE OF THE PROGRAM OF ACTION OF THE GOVERNMENT TO IMPLEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 36/NQ-TW OF MARCH 26, 2004 OF THE PARTY CENTRAL COMMITTEE ON WORK WITH VIETNAMESE OVERSEAS;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSALS OF THE HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION AND HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT AND THE HEAD OF THE INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION DEPARTMENT,
DECISION:
Article 1. THIS DECISION ATTACHES THE PROGRAM OF ACTION OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT TO IMPLEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 36/NQ-TW OF MARCH 26, 2004 OF THE PARTY CENTRAL COMMITTEE ON WORK WITH VIETNAMESE OVERSEAS.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. THE PARTY COMMITTEE OF THE MINISTRY, THE YOUTH UNION OF THE MINISTRY SHALL DIRECTLY IMPLEMENT AND THE LEADERSHIP OF THE ORGANIZATIONS SHALL ACTIVELY IMPLEMENT THIS PROGRAM.
Article 4. THE HEADS OF THE DEPARTMENTS, BUREAUS, INSPECTION, OFFICE AND RELATED UNITS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS PROGRAM.
