DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION
Regarding the issuance of "Standard Budget Estimates for Basic Construction"
THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
Pursuant to Decree No. 38/1998/ND-CP dated June 9, 1998 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Ordinance on Thrift and Anti-Waste promulgated with Presidential Decree No. 02/CTN dated March 9, 1998.
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Economics and Finance, and the Director of the Institute of Construction Economics.
DECISION:
Article 1. Issued along with this Decision are supplementary standard budget estimates for certain construction works not covered in current standard budget estimate sets, and amendments to certain construction works in previously issued standard budget estimate sets pursuant to Decisions No. 1242/1998/QD-BXD dated November 25, 1998, and Decision No. 31/2002/QD-BXD dated November 12, 2002 of the Minister of Construction.
Article 2. The supplementary and amended standard budget estimates issued along with this Decision serve as the basis for establishing unit prices for construction, preparing budgets, and total project estimates for investment construction projects.
Article 3. These supplementary and amended standard budget estimates issued along with this Decision shall be uniformly applied throughout the country and take effect fifteen days after publication in the Official Gazette./.
