Regarding the issuance of the Regulation "United Front of Vietnam supervising cadres, civil servants, and Party members in residential areas"

 Pursuant to the Law on Issuing Legal Normative Documents and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Issuing Legal Normative Documents in 2002;

THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to the Law on the Vietnamese Front for the Building of Socialist Fatherland;

Pursuant to the Regulation on cooperation between the Government and the Central Committee of the United Front of Vietnam;

At the proposal of the Minister of Home Affairs and the Standing Board of the Central Committee of the United Front of Vietnam,

Issues this Resolution with the attached Regulation "United Front of Vietnam Supervising Cadres, Civil Servants, and Party Members in Residential Areas".

RESOLUTION

Article 1. This Regulation applies in some communes, wards, towns (collectively referred to as commune level); villages, hamlets, ấps, bảns, neighborhoods, residential groups, clusters (collectively referred to as residential areas) in Hanoi City, Ho Chi Minh City, and the provinces of Ninh Binh, Quang Binh, and Tien Giang.

Article 2. This Resolution takes effect 15 days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. Ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, heads of agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of People's Committees at all levels, United Front Committees at all levels, relevant agencies, organizations, units, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Resolution./.
