DECISION

Regarding the Announcement of the List of Veterinary Medicines and Raw Materials for Veterinary Medicines Permitted for Circulation Until December 31, 2006

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

Pursuant to the Animal Health Ordinance dated April 29, 2004;

Pursuant to Decree No. 33/2005/NĐ-CP dated March 15, 2005 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Animal Health Ordinance;

Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2003/ND-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

Considering the proposals of the Director of the Department of Animal Health and the Head of the Science and Technology Division,

DECIDES:

Article 1. To announce herewith: The list of veterinary medicines permitted for circulation until December 31, 2006.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette, replacing Decision No. 33/2005/QD-BNN dated June 9, 2005 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development regarding the announcement of the list of veterinary medicines permitted for circulation until December 31, 2005.

Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Department of Animal Health, the Head of the Science and Technology Division, the Heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals both within and outside Vietnam involved in the production, business, and use of veterinary medicines in Vietnam are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
