THE MINISTER OF JUSTICE
Pursuant to the Law on Petition and Complaints of 1998 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Petition and Complaints of 2004, 2005;
Pursuant to Decree No. 62/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 6, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Justice;
Pursuant to Decree No. 89/CP dated August 7, 1997 of the Government promulgating the Regulation on Organizational Structure for Citizen Reception;
At the proposal of the Inspector General,
DECISION:
Article 1. The accompanying this Decision is the Regulation on Citizen Reception of the Ministry of Justice.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall replace Decision No. 769/QĐ dated July 16, 1996 of the Minister of Justice "Regarding the Issuance of the Regulation on Citizen Reception of the Ministry of Justice."
Article 3. The Inspector General and Heads of Units under the Ministry are responsible for implementing this Decision.
