Regarding the issuance of the Inspector Regulations for Fishing Vessels

MINISTER OF AQUATIC RESOURCES

Pursuant to the Fisheries Law;

Pursuant to Decree No. 43/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 2, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Fisheries;

Pursuant to Decree No. 66/2005/NĐ-CP dated May 19, 2005 of the Government on ensuring safety for persons and fishing vessels engaged in fisheries activities;

At the proposal of the Director of the Fisheries Resource Exploitation and Protection Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. The Inspector Regulations for Fishing Vessels are hereby promulgated along with this Decision.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. All previous provisions contrary to this Decision are hereby repealed.

Article 3. The Head of the Office; Heads of Departments; Inspector General of the Ministry; Director of the Fisheries Resource Exploitation and Protection Department; Directors of Fisheries Departments and Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development responsible for fisheries management are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
