Regarding the establishment of the Nam Dinh University of Pedagogy and Technology

PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to the Education Law dated June 14, 2005;

Pursuant to Decision No. 47/2001/QĐ-TTg dated April 4, 2001 of the Government approving the planning of the university network for the period 2001-2010;

Considering the proposal of the Minister of Education and Training at Circular No. 11773/TTr-BGD&ĐT dated December 21, 2005 regarding the establishment of the Nam Dinh University of Pedagogy and Technology,

DECISION:

Article 1. The Nam Dinh University of Pedagogy and Technology shall be established based on the Nam Dinh College of Pedagogy and Technology.

Article 2. The Nam Dinh University of Pedagogy and Technology is a higher education institution under the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs; the university has legal personality, its own seal, and separate accounts.

Article 3. The Nam Dinh University of Pedagogy and Technology operates in accordance with the Charter of universities issued together with Decision No. 153/2003/QĐ-TTg dated July 30, 2003 of the Government.

Article 4. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 5. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairmen of provincial people's committees directly under the central government, and the Rector of the Nam Dinh University of Pedagogy and Technology are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
