WHEREAS Decree No. 54/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 19, 2003 of the Government stipulates the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and Decree No. 28/2004/NĐ-CP dated January 16, 2004 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 54/2003/NĐ-CP;
WHEREAS Decision No. 444/QĐ-TTg dated May 26, 2005 of the Prime Minister approving the project on implementation of the Technical Barriers to Trade Agreement;
AFTER CONSULTATION WITH MINISTRIES, SECTORS, AND LOCALITIES;
Considering the proposal of the Director General of the Standardization, Measurement, and Quality Control Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHING HERETO THE PROGRAM TO IMPLEMENT THE PROJECT ON IMPLEMENTATION OF THE TECHNICAL BARRIERS TO TRADE AGREEMENT FOR THE 2006-2010 PERIOD.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.
Article 3. THE DIRECTOR OF THE OFFICE, HEADS OF DEPARTMENTS OF ORGANIZATION AND HUMAN RESOURCES, DIRECTORS OF THE STANDARDS INSTITUTE, MEMBERS OF THE INTER-MINISTERIAL COMMITTEE ON TECHNICAL BARRIERS TO TRADE, AND OTHER RELATED ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCEMENT OF THIS DECISION.
