AMENDING AND COMPLETING THE DECISION NO. 09/2003/QD-BTS DATED AUGUST 5, 2003 OF THE MINISTER OF AQUATIC RESOURCES ON THE ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AQUATIC RESOURCES' OFFICE
THE MINISTER OF AQUATIC RESOURCES
Pursuant to Decree No. 43/2003/ND-CP dated May 2, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Aquatic Resources;
Pursuant to Decree No. 122/2005/ND-CP dated October 4, 2005 of the Government stipulating the organization of commendation and reward work;
Upon the proposal of the Director of the Cadre and Organization Department.
DECISION:
Article 1. Amending and supplementing the organizational structure of the Ministry's Office - Section C Part IX of the Regulations on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Departments, Inspectorate, and the Ministry's Office (annexed to Decision No. 09/2003/QD-BTS dated August 5, 2003 of the Minister of Aquatic Resources), including:
1. General Affairs Division
2. Propaganda and Mobilization Division;
3. Administrative, Information Technology, and Archives Division
4. Accounting and Finance Division;
5. Management and Security Division;
6. Vehicle Team;
7. Representative of the Ministry's Office in Ho Chi Minh City.
The Ministry's Office and its representative in Ho Chi Minh City shall have seals and bank accounts in accordance with the provisions of the law.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Cadre and Organization Department, and the Heads of the agencies and units under the Ministry are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
