THE MINISTER OF LABOR, WAR INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS
Pursuant to the Vocational Training Law dated November 29, 2006;
WHEREAS, Decree No. 186/2007/ND-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulates the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs;
WHEREAS, Decision No. 01/2007/QD-BLDTBXH dated January 4, 2007 of the Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs on issuing regulations on the framework curriculum for middle vocational level and higher vocational level;
At the proposal of the Director General of the Vocational Training Administration,
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION IS THE COMPUTER SCIENCE COURSE PROGRAM FOR MIDDLE VOCATIONAL SCHOOLS AND HIGHER VOCATIONAL SCHOOLS TO BE TAUGHT IN THE MIDDLE VOCATIONAL LEVEL AND HIGHER VOCATIONAL LEVEL STUDY PERIODS.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE. ALL PRIOR PROVISIONS CONTRARY TO THIS DECISION ARE ABROGATED.
Article 3. THE MINISTERS, HEADS OF GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES AT THE MINISTERIAL LEVEL, HEADS OF GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES, CHIEF OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, DIRECTORS OF THE GENERAL VOCATIONAL TRAINING AGENCY, PRINCIPALS OF HIGHER VOCATIONAL SCHOOLS, PRINCIPALS OF MIDDLE VOCATIONAL SCHOOLS, PRINCIPALS OF MIDDLE SPECIALIZED SCHOOLS, PRINCIPALS OF HIGHER SCHOOLS, PRINCIPALS OF UNIVERSITIES REGISTERED TO PROVIDE VOCATIONAL TRAINING AT THE MIDDLE LEVEL AND HIGHER LEVEL, HEADS OF ORGANIZATIONS AND UNITS RELATED TO THIS DECISION SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION./.
