ISSUING REGULATIONS ON VOLUNTEER ASSISTANCE FOR LEGAL AID CENTER

THE MINISTER OF JUSTICE
Pursuant to the Legal Aid Law on June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to Decree No. 07/2007/NĐ-CP dated January 12, 2007, issued by the Government, detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Legal Aid Law;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 62/2003/ND-CP OF JUNE 6, 2003 DEFINING THE FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF JUSTICE;
At the proposal of the Director of the Legal Aid Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION IS THE "REGULATION ON VOLUNTEER ASSISTANCE FOR LEGAL AID CENTER".
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE AND SHALL REPLACE DECREE NO. 358/2003/QD-BTP OF AUGUST 15, 2003 ISSUED BY THE MINISTER OF JUSTICE REGARDING THE REGULATION ON VOLUNTEER ASSISTANCE FOR LEGAL AID ORGANIZATIONS.
Article 3. THE DIRECTOR OF THE LEGAL AID COUNCIL, HEADS OF UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY, DIRECTORS OF DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE AND DIRECTORS OF NATIONAL LEGAL AID CENTER ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION.
