REGARDING THE AMENDMENT AND SUPPLEMENTATION OF THE UNIT PRICE FOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS IN THE POST AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS SECTOR ISSUED TOGETHER WITH DECISION NO. 18/2007/QĐ-BBCVT DATED JUNE 18, 2007 BY THE MINISTER OF POST AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS
WHEREAS, THE GOVERNMENT'S DECREE NO. 178/2007/NĐ-CP DATED DECEMBER 3, 2007 ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF MINISTRIES AND GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES;
WHEREAS, THE GOVERNMENT'S DECREE NO. 187/2007/NĐ-CP DATED DECEMBER 25, 2007 ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION;

AT THE REQUEST OF THE HEAD OF THE PLANNING AND FINANCE DEPARTMENT,
AMEND AND SUPPLEMENT THE UNIT PRICE FOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS IN THE POST AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS SECTOR ISSUED TOGETHER WITH DECISION NO. 18/2007/QĐ-BBCVT DATED JUNE 18, 2007 BY THE MINISTER OF POST AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS (NOW THE MINISTRY OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION); THE LIST OF UNIT PRICES TO BE AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED IS ATTACHED AS AN ANNEX TO THIS DECISION.
PURSUANT TO THIS DECISION, THE AUTHORIZED PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR INVESTMENT DECISION SHALL CONSIDER AND DECIDE TO IMPLEMENT THE TRANSITION AND ADJUST THE PROJECT BUDGET FOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS IN THE POST AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS SECTOR IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE LAW.
DECISION:
Article 1. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.
Article 2. THE CHIEF OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE HEAD OF THE PLANNING AND FINANCE DEPARTMENT, AND THE HEADS OF RELATED UNITS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION./.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 4. The Head of the Ministry’s Office, the Director of the Department of Planning and Finance, and the Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
