Pursuant to Decree No.185/2007/ND-CPdated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
Pursuant to the Law on Cultural Heritage and Decree No.92/2002/ND-CPdated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Cultural Heritage;
Considering Circular No.93/UBND-VXdated January 8, 2007 of the People's Committee of Ha Tay Province and the dossier of cultural heritage site;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Cultural Heritage,
DECISION:
Article 1. National cultural heritage site classification:
Architectural and artistic relic
Bai Nao Pagoda
Thanh Van Commune, Thanh Oai District, Ha Tay Province
The protected area of the relic is determined according to the Minutes and map of the protected areas in the dossier.
Article 2. People's Committees at all levels where the classified relics under Article 1 of this Decision are located shall perform state management of the relics within their duties and powers as prescribed by laws on cultural heritage.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Department of Cultural Heritage, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tay Province, the Director of the Department of Culture and Information of Ha Tay Province, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
