THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION
Pursuant to Resolution No. 03/2008/NQ-CP dated January 11, 2008 of the Government on the Action Program of the Government for the 2007-2011 Term
Pursuant to Decree No. 17/2008/NĐ-CP dated February 4, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
At the proposal of the Director of the Office of the Ministry and the Head of the Legal Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Attached hereto is the Action Program of the Construction Sector to Implement Resolution No. 03/2008/NQ-CP dated January 11, 2008 of the Government on the Action Program of the Government for the 2007-2011 Term.
Article 2. The Director of the Office and the Head of the Legal Department shall monitor, urge, compile, and periodically report to the Minister on the implementation of tasks by units under the Ministry.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect 15 days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette of the Government.
Article 4. Heads of units under the Construction Sector are responsible for organizing the implementation of this Action Program./.
