Issuing the Program on Professional Training in Education Management for Inclusive Education

THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Pursuant to the Education Law dated June 14, 2005;
Pursuant to Decree No. 178/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 3, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
Pursuant to Decision No. 23/2006/QĐ-BGDĐT dated May 22, 2006 of the Minister of Education and Training promulgating regulations on inclusive education for persons with disabilities;
Pursuant to Decision No. 2558/2006/QĐ-BGDĐT dated May 23, 2006 of the Minister of Education and Training approving the Project "Strengthening Support for Inclusive Education for Children with Disabilities in Vietnam";
Based on the results of the evaluation by the Evaluation Board of the Program on Professional Training in Education Management for Inclusive Education on October 10, 2008;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Higher Education,
CIRCULAR
Article 1. This Circular issues the Program on Professional Training in Education Management for Inclusive Education.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from May 10, 2009.
Article 3. The Director of the Office, the Heads of the Higher Education Department, the Cadres and Civil Servants Organization Department, the Planning and Finance Department of the Ministry of Education and Training, the Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training, the Directors of Universities and Academies, the Principals of universities and colleges, the Directors of vocational secondary schools, the Directors of Continuing Education Centers, and the Directors of Departments of Education and Training shall be responsible for implementing this Circular./.
