CIRCULAR
Abolishing Legal Normative Documents

Pursuant to Decree No. 178/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 3, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 51/2008/NĐ-CP dated April 22, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;
The Minister of Transport hereby promulgates the following regulations on abolishing legal normative documents:
Article 1. Repeal of legal regulatory acts
Abolish the following legal normative documents issued by the Minister of Transport:
1. Decision No. 3127/1999/QĐ-BGTVT dated November 10, 1999 of the Minister of Transport promulgating Regulations on the classification and management of cadres, civil servants, and public officials in the transport sector;
2. Decision No. 362/2003/QĐ-BGTVT dated February 13, 2003 of the Minister of Transport on the classification and management of cadres of the Civil Aviation Administration of Vietnam.
Article 2. Effective Date
This Circular takes effect from July 18, 2009.
Article 3. Responsibility for Implementation
The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, Heads of Departments, Directors of Bureaus, Heads of agencies and organizations, and individuals concerned shall be responsible for implementing this Circular./.
