Issuing titles and code numbers for technical safety and health inspection career ranks

Pursuant to Decree No. 48/2008/NĐ-CP dated April 17, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;
Pursuant to the proposal of the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs in Circular No. 937/LDTBXH-TCCB dated March 27, 2009;
The Ministry of Home Affairs issues titles and code numbers for technical safety and health inspection career ranks, specifically as follows:
Article 1. Issuing titles and code numbers for technical safety and health inspection career ranks, including:
1. Senior Technical Safety and Health Inspector - Career Rank Code Number 24.275
2. Technical Safety and Health Inspector - Career Rank Code Number 24.276
3. Technical Safety and Health Inspection Technician - Career Rank Code Number 24.277
Article 2. The titles and code numbers for technical safety and health inspection career ranks stipulated in this Circular shall serve as the basis for the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs to issue vocational standards for technical safety and health inspection career ranks.
Article 3. This Circular takes effect 45 days from the date of issuance.
Article 4. Ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial and centrally-administered city People's Committees are responsible for implementing the provisions of this Circular./.
