ISSUING TECHNICAL STANDARDS ON OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY FOR LIFTING EQUIPMENT

Pursuant to Decree No. 186/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs;
Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;
Pursuant to Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Product and Goods Quality;
After receiving the review opinion of the Ministry of Science and Technology at Circular No. 1420/BKHCN-TDC dated June 23, 2011, the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs issues the National Technical Standard on Occupational Safety for Lifting Equipment,
Article 1. The National Technical Standard on Occupational Safety for Lifting Equipment is promulgated together with this Circular.

Article 2. The National Technical Standard on Occupational Safety for Lifting Equipment shall take effect six months from the date of issuance of this Circular.
Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government, provincial People's Committees under the Central Government, and organizations and individuals related thereto shall be responsible for implementation./.
