CIRCULAR

Issuing National Technical Regulations on classification rules and construction of steel-hulled sea vessels - Amendment No. 1 of 2013

Pursuant to the proposal of the Director of the Vietnam Maritime Administration and the Director of the Science and Technology Department,

Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;

Based on Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions

Pursuant to Decree No. 107/2012/NĐ-CP dated December 20, 2012 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport.

The Minister of Transport hereby issues this Circular amending and supplementing the National Technical Regulations on classification rules and construction of steel-hulled sea vessels.

Article 1. Attached hereto is the National Technical Regulation on classification rules and construction of steel-hulled sea vessels - Amendment No. 1 of 2013.

Registration number: Amendment 1: 2013 QCVN 21: 2010/BGTVT.

Article 2. This Circular shall take effect from November 1, 2013.

Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Inspectorate, the Department Directors, the Director of the Vietnam Maritime Administration, the Heads of the agencies and units under the Ministry of Transport, relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.

Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, the Heads of the Departments, the Director of the Vietnam Vehicle Inspection Agency, the Heads of the agencies and units under the Ministry of Transport, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.
