CIRCULAR
Issuing National Technical Regulations in Crop Production

Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to the Seedlings Law dated March 24, 2004;
BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 199/2013/NĐ-CP OF NOVEMBER 26, 2013 OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING FOR THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT;
Based on the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science, Technology, and Environment and the Director of the Crop Production Department;
The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development issues national technical regulations on crop production.
Article 1. Attached to this Circular are 06 national technical regulations on crop production as follows:
1. National Technical Regulation on testing for distinctiveness, uniformity, and stability of bitter gourd varieties. CodeQCVN 01-153 : 2014/BNNPTNT
2. National Technical Regulation on testing for distinctiveness, uniformity, and stability of pumpkin varieties. Code QCVN 01-154 : 2014/BNNPTNT
3. National Technical Regulation on testing for distinctiveness, uniformity, and stability of carnation varieties. Code QCVN 01-155 : 2014/BNNPTNT
4. National Technical Regulation on testing for distinctiveness, uniformity, and stability of amaranth varieties. Code QCVN 01-156 : 2014/BNNPTNT
5. National Technical Regulation on testing for distinctiveness, uniformity, and stability of sweet potato varieties. Code QCVN 01-157 : 2014/BNNPTNT

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from August 10, 2014.
Article 3. The Director of the Department of Science, Technology, and Environment, the Director of the Crop Production Department, heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.
During implementation, if there are any difficulties, agencies, organizations, and individuals should promptly report them to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development for study and amendment./.
