ABOLISHING CERTAIN LEGAL REGULATORY DOCUMENTS WITHIN THE AUTHORITY OF THE MINISTER OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM

Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents No. 64/2025/QH15 amended and supplemented by Law No. 87/2025/QH15; Decision No. 17/2008/QH1dated June 2, 2008;

Decree No. Decision No. 76/2013/NĐ-CP dated July 16, 2013;of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism Provincial public libraries have professional and vocational units to implement activities according to the following groups of tasks:

THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM MARCH 1, 2017 AND REPLACE DECISION NO. 48/2008/QĐ-BVHTTDL OF JULY 9, 2008 OF THE MINISTER OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM ISSUING REGULATIONS ON THE REVIEW OF LITERARY SCREENPLAYS FOR FILMS USING STATE BUDGET FUNDS.hereby promulgates this Circular to abolish certain 1. 16. Circular No. 10/2014/TT-BVHTTDL dated October 10, 2014 of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism guiding the naming of enterprises in accordance with historical traditions, culture, ethics, and local customs.

This Circular shall take effect from August 30, 2016.

Article 2. Effective Date

Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry; Directors of Provincial Departments of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Provincial Departments of Culture and Sports of centrally governed cities and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
