THE MINISTER
MINISTRY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY
The Minister of Finance issues this Circular to repeal Circular Joint No. 22/2012/TTLT/BTC-BCA dated February 16, 2012 of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Public Security guiding the management and use of funds for implementing the Action Program to prevent and combat human trafficking crimes.
Pursuant to Decree No. 20/2013/NĐ-CP dated February 26, 2013 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Science and Technology;
At the proposal of the Director of the Radiation and Nuclear Safety Agency and the Head of the Legal Department,
The Minister of Science and Technology issues this Circular to suspend the effectiveness of part of Circular No. 13/2015/TT-BKHCN dated July 21, 2015 issued by the Minister of Science and Technology amending and supplementing Circular No. 23/2010/TT-BKHCN dated December 29, 2010 guiding the assurance of radiation source security.
Article 1.
The provisions of Clause 1 Article 1 and Clause 2 Article 2 of Circular No. 13/2015/TT-BKHCN dated July 21, 2015 issued by the Minister of Science and Technology amending and supplementing Circular No. 23/2010/TT-BKHCN dated December 29, 2010 issued by the Minister of Science and Technology guiding the assurance of radiation source security shall be suspended from enforcement for a period of 24 months from the date this Circular takes effect.
Article 2. This Circular shall take effect from July 15, 2017.
Decision No. 675/QĐ-BKHCN dated March 31, 2016 of the Minister of Science and Technology regarding the extension of the application time for certain provisions in Circular No. 13/2015/TT-BKHCN dated July 21, 2015 issued by the Minister of Science and Technology amending and supplementing Circular No. 23/2010/TT-BKHCN dated December 29, 2010 guiding the assurance of radiation source security shall cease to be effective from the date this Circular takes effect.
Article 3.
1. The Radiation and Nuclear Safety Agency shall be responsible for guiding and organizing the implementation of this Circular.
2. Provincial Departments of Science and Technology under the central government, relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals shall be responsible for implementing this Circular.
3. In case there are difficulties or new issues arising during the implementation of this Circular, it is requested that agencies, organizations, and individuals promptly report to the Ministry of Science and Technology for consideration and amendment./.
