Decree No. 05/2018/NĐ-CP On the Charter of Organization and Operation of the Parent Company - Military Industry and Telecommunications Group

DECREE

VRegarding the Charter on Organization and Operation of the Parent Company - Military Industry and Telecommunications Group The Government issues this Decree on the Charter on Organization and Operation of the Parent Company - Military Industry and Telecommunications Group.

Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization dated June 19, 2015;

Pursuant to the Enterprise Law dated November 26, 2014;

Pursuant to the Law on Management and Use of State Capital for Investment in Production and Business at Enterprises dated November 26, 2014;

Pursuant to the Investment Law dated November 26, 2014;

Pursuant to the Law on Public Investment dated June 18, 2014;

"Based on the proposal of the Minister of National Defense;"

This Decree promulgates the Charter on Organization and Operation of the Parent Company - Military Industry and Telecommunications Group.

Article 1. This Decree comes into effect from the date of issuance and replaces Decree No. 101/2014/NĐ-CP dated November 7, 2014 of the Government on the Charter on Organization and Operation of the Military Telecommunications Group.

Article 2. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-attached agencies, Chairmen of provincial People's Committees under central cities, Chairman and General Director of the Military Industry and Telecommunications Group are responsible for implementing this Decree./.

Article 3. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under the central government, and the Chairman cum General Director of the Vietnam Military Industry and Telecommunications Group shall be responsible for implementing this Decree./.
