Pursuant to Decree No. 45/2015/NĐ-CP dated May 6, 2015 of the Government on Surveying and Mapping Activities; Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2017/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;

At the proposal of the Director of the General Department of Surveying, Mapping and Geographical Information

and the Head of the Legal Department;

The Minister of Natural Resources and Environment issues this Circular on the List of Toponyms, Landforms, Hydroforms, and Socio-Economic Features for the Purpose of Establishing Provincial Maps of Bac Ninh Province. Article 1. This Circular hereby promulgates the List of Toponyms, Landforms, Hydroforms, and Socio-Economic Features for the Purpose of Establishing Provincial Maps of Bac Ninh Province attached hereto.

Article 2.

This Circular takes effect from October 22, 2018. Article 3.

Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, central-affiliated agencies, provincial People's Committees, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./. DEPUTY MINISTER
