Circular No. 05/2019/TT-BLDTBXH promulgates the national technical regulations on occupational safety for slide systems used in public recreational facilities.

Issuing National Technical Regulations on Occupational Safety
concerning the slide system used in public amusement facilities

Pursuant to the Labor Safety Law No. 84/2015/QH13 dated June 25, 2015;

Decree No. Decree No. 39/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 15, 2016 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain articles of the Labor Safety Law;

Pursuant to Decree No. 14/2017/NĐ-CP dated February 17, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs; and WelfarePursuant to the request of the Director General of the Department of Vocational Education;

At the proposal of the Director of the Occupational Safety and Health Inspectorate;

The Minister of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs issues this Circular on the issuance of the National Technical Regulation on occupational safety for the slide system used in public amusement facilities.

1. Organizations and individuals producing, importing, distributing, installing, using, repairing, maintaining, and servicing elevators shall be responsible for complying with the regulations set forth in the standard issued together with this Circular.

Attached to this Circular is the National Technical Regulation on occupational safety for the slide system used in public amusement facilities.

Article 2. Implementation

1. Organizations and individuals producing, importing, supplying, using, and repairing the slide system used in public amusement facilities shall be responsible for complying with the provisions set out in the attached Technical Regulation.

2. Organizations conducting inspection and conformity certification for the slide system used in public amusement facilities must comply with the provisions set out in the attached Technical Regulation.

3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government-affiliated agencies, provincial People's Committees under the central government, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.

Article 3. Effectiveness

1. This Circular takes effect from August 1, 2019.

2. ANY DIFFICULTIES ENCOUNTERED DURING IMPLEMENTATION SHOULD BE PROMPTLY REPORTED TO THE MINISTRY OF LABOUR, INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS FOR STUDY AND RESOLUTION./.
