Issuing the List of Place Names for Topography, Hydrography, and Socio-Economic Features
to Serve the Preparation of Maps of the Land Territory of Nam Dinh Province
Pursuant to the Law on Surveying and Mapping dated June 14, 2018;
Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2017/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;
At the proposal of the Director of the Vietnam National Survey, Mapping and Geoinformation Agency and the Head of the Legal Department;
The Minister of Natural Resources and Environment issues this Circular on the List of Place Names for Topography, Hydrography, and Socio-Economic Features to Serve the Preparation of Maps of the Land Territory of Nam Dinh Province.
Article 1. This Circular hereby promulgates the List of Place Names for Topography, Hydrography, and Socio-Economic Features to Serve the Preparation of Maps of the Land Territory of Nam Dinh Province attached hereto.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from August 14, 2019.
Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government-affiliated agencies, provincial people's committees under the central government, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.
