PURSUANT TO THE RESOLUTION OF THE GOVERNMENT AMENDING AND COMPLEMENTING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE DECREE NO.
Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to the Law on Telecommunications dated November 23, 2009;
WHEREAS, the Law on Radio Frequency Spectrum dated November 23, 2009;
Decree No. Decision No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP August 1, 2007, of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;

Pursuant to the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department,
ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR IS THE NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION ON 5G MOBILE BASE STATION EQUIPMENT - RADIO ACCESS PART (QCVN 128:2021/BTTTT).
Clause 4 of Article 6FROM JULY 1, 2022, IMPORTED AND DOMESTICALLY PRODUCED 5G MOBILE BASE STATION EQUIPMENT MUST SATISFY THE REQUIREMENTS SET OUT IN QCVN 128:2021/BTTTT BEFORE BEING PLACED ON THE MARKET.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from March 1, 2022.

2. IT IS ENCOURAGED THAT ENTERPRISES, ORGANIZATIONS, AND INDIVIDUALS ENGAGED IN THE PRODUCTION AND IMPORT OF 5G MOBILE BASE STATION EQUIPMENT APPLY THE PROVISIONS OF QCVN 128:2021/BTTTT FROM THE DATE THIS CIRCULAR TAKES EFFECT.
