Issuing the Industry Standard Budget Estimate Rates for Electrical Transmission Line and Substation Testing

Pursuant to the Law on Construction promulgated on June 18, 2014;

Based on the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Construction Law June 17 2020;

Pursuant to Decree No. 10/2021/NĐ-CP dated February 9, 2021 of the Government on the management of construction investment costs;

Article 1. Amending and supplementing certain Articles of Circular No. 09/2024/TT-BCA dated March 13, 2024 issued by the Minister of Public Security regarding the implementation of mass mobilization work by the People's Public Security forceCDirector Department of Electricity and Renewable Energy;

Article 1. Accompanying this Circular are the Industry Standard Budget Estimate Rates for Electrical Transmission Line and Substation Testing.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from May 8, 2023.

Article 3. Organizations and individuals related to determining and managing costs of investment construction projects as prescribed in Government Decree No. 10/2021/NĐ-CP dated February 9, 2021 on management of construction investment costs shall be responsible for implementing this Circular./.
