CIRCULAR
ISSUING REGULATIONS ON CRITERIA, QUALITY STANDARDS AND COST BUDGETS FOR DAILY LIVING EXPENSE SUPPORT SERVICES PROVIDED TO ETHNIC GROUP MEMBERS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN ACTIVITIES AT THE VIETNAMESE ETHNIC VILLAGE OF CULTURE AND TOURISM
Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2023/NĐ-CP dated January 16, 2023 of the Government providing for the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 32/2019/NĐ-CP OF APRIL 10, 2019 ON ASSIGNING TASKS, PLACING ORDERS OR TENDERING FOR THE PROVISION OF PUBLIC PRODUCTS AND SERVICES USING STATE BUDGET FUNDS FROM REGULAR EXPENDITURE FUNDS;
Pursuant to Decree No. 60/2021/NĐ-CP dated June 21, 2021 of the Government stipulating the financial autonomy structure of public service units;
BASED ON THE PRIME MINISTER’S DECISION NO. 39/2014/QĐ-TTg OF JULY 15, 2014 ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD OF THE VIETNAMESE ETHNIC VILLAGE OF CULTURE AND TOURISM;
PURSUANT TO THE PROPOSAL OF THE HEAD OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD OF THE VIETNAMESE ETHNIC VILLAGE OF CULTURE AND TOURISM;
THE MINISTER OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM ISSUES THIS CIRCULAR TO ESTABLISH REGULATIONS ON CRITERIA, QUALITY STANDARDS AND COST BUDGETS FOR DAILY LIVING EXPENSE SUPPORT SERVICES PROVIDED TO ETHNIC GROUP MEMBERS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN ACTIVITIES AT THE VIETNAMESE ETHNIC VILLAGE OF CULTURE AND TOURISM.
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR ARE THE REGULATIONS ON CRITERIA, QUALITY STANDARDS AND COST BUDGETS FOR DAILY LIVING EXPENSE SUPPORT SERVICES PROVIDED TO ETHNIC GROUP MEMBERS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN ACTIVITIES AT THE VIETNAMESE ETHNIC VILLAGE OF CULTURE AND TOURISM.
Article 2. Implementation
THE MANAGEMENT BOARD OF THE VIETNAMESE ETHNIC VILLAGE OF CULTURE AND TOURISM AND THE PUBLIC SERVICE UNIT PROVIDING THE “DAILY LIVING EXPENSE SUPPORT SERVICES FOR ETHNIC GROUP MEMBERS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN ACTIVITIES AT THE VIETNAMESE ETHNIC VILLAGE OF CULTURE AND TOURISM” SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PREPARING BUDGETS, MANAGING AND USING FUNDS TO ENSURE TIMELY PROVISION OF SUPPORT SERVICES FOR ETHNIC GROUP MEMBERS DURING THEIR PARTICIPATION IN ACTIVITIES AT THE VIETNAMESE ETHNIC VILLAGE OF CULTURE AND TOURISM.
Article 3. Effectiveness
1. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM SEPTEMBER 15, 2024.
2. ANY DIFFICULTIES ENCOUNTERED DURING IMPLEMENTATION SHOULD BE REPORTED TO THE MINISTRY OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM FOR STUDY AND APPROPRIATE AMENDMENTS AND SUPPLEMENTS./.
