CIRCULAR

REGULATIONS ON ECONOMIC AND TECHNICAL STANDARDS FOR PREVENTIVE HEALTH SERVICES IN THE FIELD OF PREVENTING AND CONTROLLING DISEASES CAUSED BY PARASITES AND INSECTS AT PUBLIC HEALTH FACILITIES

Pursuant to the Price Law dated June 19, 2023;

Pursuant to Decree No. 85/2024/NĐ-CP dated July 10, 2024 of the Government detailing certain provisions of the Price Law;

Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2019/NĐ-CP dated April 10, 2019 of the Government stipulating the assignment of tasks, ordering goods or services, or tendering for the provision of public products and services using state budget funds from regular expenditure;

Pursuant to Decree No. 95/2022/NĐ-CP dated November 15, 2022 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;

At the proposal of the Director of the Preventive Health Department;

Minister of y The Minister of Health promulgates this Circular on economic and technical standards for preventive health services in the field of preventing and controlling diseases caused by parasites and insects at public health facilities.

Article 1. Scope of Regulation

This Circular stipulates economic and technical standards for preventive health services in the field of preventing and controlling diseases caused by parasites and insects at public health facilities.

Article 2. Economic and Technical Standards for Preventive Health Services in the Field of Preventing and Controlling Diseases Caused by Parasites and Insects at Public Health Facilities

Attached to this Circular are economic and technical standards for 212 preventive health services in the field of preventing and controlling diseases caused by parasites and insects at public health facilities.

Article 3. Effectiveness

This Circular takes effect from March 4, 2025.

Article 4. Responsibilities for Implementation

The Head of the Ministry's Office, Heads of the Planning and Finance Department, Director of the Preventive Health Department, Heads of units under and affiliated with the Ministry of Health; Directors of Provincial and Central City Health Departments and relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular. Any difficulties or obstacles encountered during implementation should be promptly reported in writing to the Ministry of Health (Preventive Health Department) for consideration and resolution.
