DECREE NO. 05/CPb OF OCTOBER 26, 1992 ISSUED BY THE GOVERNMENT ON THE REPLACEMENT OF THE TITLE OF THE HEAD OF THE NATIONAL CHILDREN'S PROTECTION AND CARE COMMISSION
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization dated September 30, 1992;
Considering the need to reassign officials;
DECREE:
Article 1. Replace the title of Chairman of the National Children's Protection and Care Commission as stipulated in Decree No. 362/HĐBT dated November 6, 1991 of the Council of Ministers (now the Government) with the title of Director of the National Children's Protection and Care Commission.
The Director of the National Children's Protection and Care Commission shall be appointed and relieved from duty by the Prime Minister (replacing the provision in Decree No. 362/HĐBT dated November 6, 1991 of the Council of Ministers that the Deputy Prime Minister concurrently holds this position).
Article 2. The National Children's Protection and Care Commission, ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, and provincial and centrally-administered city People's Committees are responsible for implementing this Decree.
