DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
HO CHI MINH
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 57-SL dated May 3, 1946 organizing the Ministries and establishing Bureaus within the Ministries;
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 229-SL dated August 20, 1948 appointing Mr. Nguyen Duy Thanh as Director of the Mineral Industry Bureau;
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 143-SL dated December 21, 1949 changing the name of the Mineral Industry Bureau to the Industry Bureau;
Pursuant to the proposal of the Minister of Economy,
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE:
Article 1: Mr. Nguyen Van Thao is hereby appointed as Director of the Industry Bureau in place of Mr. Nguyen Duy Thanh.
Article 2: The Minister of Economy shall implement this Decree-Law.
