DECREE
Amending Clause 1 of Article 7 of the Decreeof the Government No. 79/CP dated November 6, 1993 detailing the implementation of the Law on Publishing

THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1993;
Based on the Law on Publishing dated July 7, 1993;
On the basis of the Law on Enacting Legal Normative Documents dated November 12, 1996;
At the request of the Minister of Culture - Information,
DECREE:
Article 1. Amending Clause 1 of Article 7 of the Decree of the Government No. 79/CP dated November 6, 1993 detailing the implementation of the Law on Publishing as follows:
The Publishing House directly managed by the Religious Board of the Government shall be responsible for publishing religious books and works of religious organizations.
Article 2. This Decree takes effect fifteen days from the date of signature.
Article 3. The Minister of Culture and Information, the Head of the Religious Board of the Government, and the Ministers of relevant Ministries and Heads of relevant sectors shall be responsible for organizing the implementation of this Decree.
