THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
BASED ON DECREE NO. 73/CP OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT;y 01/11/1995 BASED ON THE STATE ENTERPRISE LAW OF APRIL 20, 1995, AND DECREE NO. 50-CP OF AUGUST 28, 1996 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE ESTABLISHMENT, REORGANIZATION, DISSOLUTION, AND BANKRUPTCY OF STATE ENTERPRISES;
CONSIDERING THE APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION TO THE VIETNAM RURAL WATER RESOURCES AND HYDROPOWER ENGINEERING CORPORATION OF THE NORTH RED RIVER WATER RESOURCES AND HYDROPOWER ENGINEERING COMPANY UNDER NAM DINH PROVINCE AND THE PROPOSAL OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF NAM DINH PROVINCE AT LETTER NO. 83/VP5 DATED JULY 7, 1998;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE BOARD OF MANAGEMENT OF THE VIETNAM RURAL WATER RESOURCES AND HYDROPOWER ENGINEERING CORPORATION I AT REPORT NO. 238/TCT1-TC/TTr DATED JULY 13, 1998 AND REPORT NO. 430/TT-TCT DATED NOVEMBER 23, 1998;
ADMITTING THE NORTH RED RIVER WATER RESOURCES AND HYDROPOWER ENGINEERING COMPANY UNDER NAM DINH PROVINCE AS A MEMBER OF THE VIETNAM RURAL WATER RESOURCES AND HYDROPOWER ENGINEERING CORPORATION I.
At the proposal of the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. THE BOARD OF MANAGEMENT AND THE GENERAL MANAGER OF THE VIETNAM RURAL WATER RESOURCES AND HYDROPOWER ENGINEERING CORPORATION SHALL WORK SPECIFICALLY WITH THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF NAM DINH PROVINCE, THE STATE CAPITAL AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AGENCY IN ENTERPRISES TO ORGANIZE THE ADMISSION OF THE NORTH RED RIVER WATER RESOURCES AND HYDROPOWER ENGINEERING COMPANY ALONG WITH ALL CAPITAL, ASSETS, AND DEBTS OF THE ENTERPRISE UNTIL THE DATE OF HANDOVER AND TO IMPLEMENT THE MANAGEMENT OF THE NORTH RED RIVER WATER RESOURCES AND HYDROPOWER ENGINEERING COMPANY IN ACCORDANCE WITH CURRENT REGULATIONS.
Article 2. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY'S OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE MINISTRY'S HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT, THE HEADS OF MINISTRY UNITS RELATED, THE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF MANAGEMENT AND THE GENERAL MANAGER OF THE VIETNAM RURAL WATER RESOURCES AND HYDROPOWER ENGINEERING CORPORATION I, THE DIRECTOR OF THE NAM DINH PROVINCE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT, AND THE DIRECTOR OF THE NORTH RED RIVER WATER RESOURCES AND HYDROPOWER ENGINEERING COMPANY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION./.
Article 3. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
The Head of the Ministry’s Office, the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Department, the Heads of units under the Ministry related to this matter, the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the General Director of the First Water Resources Construction Corporation, the Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Nam Dinh Province, and the Director of the South Red River Water Resources Construction Company are responsible for implementing this decision./.
