REGARDING THE ABOLITION OF 44 LEGAL REGULATORY DOCUMENTS

BASED ON THE LAW ON ENACTMENT OF LEGAL DOCUMENTS;
Pursuant to the Government Decree number 15/CP dated March 4, 1994 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, and organizational structure Construction; organization function of the Ministry Construction;
At the proposal of the Director of the Legal Affairs Department, Heads of Departments, Bureaus, Institutes,
DECISION:
Article 1. NOW PUBLICLY ANNOUNCE THE ABOLITION OF 44 LEGAL REGULATORY DOCUMENTS IN THE CONSTRUCTION SECTOR (ATTACHED LIST).
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature.
Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities shall be responsible for implementing this decision.
