Issued together with this Decision is the "Standard Budget Estimate for Construction Survey"

THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION

Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government stipulating the functions, powers, and responsibilities of ministries and ministerial-level agencies in state management.

Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 4, 1994 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction.

Pursuant to Decree No. 52/1999/NĐ-CP dated July 8, 1999 of the Government promulgating the Investment and Construction Management Regulations.

At the proposal of the Director of the Institute of Construction Economics

DECISION:

Article 1. Issued together with this Decision is the "Standard Budget Estimate for Construction Survey".

Article 2. This Decision replaces Decision No. 177/BXD-VKT dated July 17, 1995 of the Minister of Construction on the issuance of the "Standard Budget Estimate for Construction Survey" and shall take effect uniformly throughout the country fifteen days from the date of signature.

Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision../.
