JOINT CIRCULAR
Supplementing Joint Circular No. 16/1999/TTLT dated July 6, 1999 guiding the assessment of disability for young volunteers participating in the resistance period who were injured under the management of the Ministry of Transport.
According to the proposal of the Ministry of Transport at document number 3308/GTVT dated September 23, 1999;
Based on the agreement opinion of the Ministry of Health at document number 7942/YT-ĐTr dated November 14, 1999;
The Ministry of Labor-Social Affairs and Welfare - Central Youth Union of Ho Chi Minh Communist Party supplements and amends Point 2.1 - Section 2 - Part II of Joint Circular No. 16/1999/TTLT-BLĐTBXH-TWĐTNCSHCM dated July 6, 1999 issued by the joint ministries of Labor-Social Affairs and Welfare - Central Youth Union of Ho Chi Minh Communist Party guiding the assessment of disability for young volunteers participating in the resistance period who were injured under the management of the Ministry of Transport as follows
2.1. For young volunteers participating in the resistance period who were injured and have been issued an injury certification by the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Transport shall be responsible for introducing (with attached file) to the Medical Assessment Board of the Ministry of Transport or the Medical Assessment Board of the province/city where the volunteer resides. At the same time, it shall notify the Department of Labor-Social Affairs and Welfare of the province/city where the injured person resides to coordinate in handling.
This Circular takes effect from the date of issuance.:
