Supplementing the Joint Circular
No. 16/1999/TTLT/BLDTBXH-TWĐTNCSHCM
dated July 6, 1999 guiding the assessment
of disabilities for volunteers participating during the resistance period
who were injured under the management of the Ministry of Transport

Pursuant to the request of the Ministry of Transport in Document No. 3308/GTVT dated September 23, 1999;
Based on the agreement of the Ministry of Health in Document No. 7942/YT-ĐTr dated November 14, 1999;
The Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs - Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union supplements and amends Point 2.1 - Section 2 - Part II of the Joint Circular No. 16/1999/TTLT-BLDTBXH-TWĐTNCSHCM dated July 6, 1999 issued jointly by the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs and the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union regarding the introduction for disability assessment for volunteers participating during the resistance period who were injured under the management of the Ministry of Transport as follows:
2.1. For volunteers participating during the resistance period who were injured and have been certified by the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Transport shall be responsible for introducing (with attached files) to the assessment of disabilities at the Medical Assessment Board of the Ministry of Transport or the Medical Assessment Board of the province or city where the volunteer currently resides. At the same time, notify the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of the province or city where the injured person resides to coordinate in handling the matter.
1. The Director of the Finance and Planning Department is responsible for guiding and supervising the implementation of this Circular.
All previous provisions contrary to this Circular are hereby abolished.
