DECISION

Regarding the issuance of the Foreign Language Curriculum (English and French) for Secondary Vocational Schools

THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING

Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

Pursuant to Decree No. 29/CP dated March 30, 1994 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;

Pursuant to Decision No. 21/2001/QD-BGDĐT dated June 6, 2001 of the Minister of Education and Training on the issuance of the framework curriculum for secondary vocational education;

Pursuant to the minutes of the review meeting according to Decision No. 1622/QĐ-BGDĐT-THCNDN of the Minister of Education and Training regarding the establishment of the Review Board for the Secondary Vocational School Curriculum;

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Secondary Vocational Education and Occupational Training - Ministry of Education and Training,

DECIDES:

Article 1. To issue with this Decision the English and French foreign language curriculum, one of the common subjects in the framework curriculum for secondary vocational education.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette; all previous regulations inconsistent with this Decision are repealed.

The Director of the Department of Secondary Vocational Education and Occupational Training is responsible for guiding the implementation of these curricula.

Article 3. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Department of Secondary Vocational Education and Occupational Training, heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training, heads of educational management agencies, principals of secondary vocational schools, and training institutions are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
