On the basis of Decree No. 50/CP dated June 21, 1994 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Fisheries;
At the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department,

Article 1. The following 05 Sector Standards are hereby promulgated together with this Decision:
1. 28 TCN 182: 2003: Sulphite in aquatic products - Quantitative method.
2. 28 TCN 183: 2003: Boric acid and borate salts in aquatic products - Qualitative method.
3. 28 TCN 184: 2003: Urea in aquatic products - Qualitative method.
4. 28 TCN 185: 2003: Polyphosphate salts in aquatic products - Ion chromatography quantitative method.
5. 28 TCN 186: 2003: Chloramphenicol content in aquatic products - Gas chromatography quantitative method.
Article 2. These standards are encouraged to be applied by testing laboratories when conducting quality inspections of aquatic products and shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Head of the Ministry's Office; Heads of Departments and Bureaus; Inspector General of the Ministry; Directors of Fisheries Departments and Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development responsible for fisheries management; Director of the Aquatic Product Quality Control and Sanitation Center; Heads of units with testing laboratories as stipulated in Article 2 and aquatic product processing establishments are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
