Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the conclusions of the Sixth Plenary Session of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Ninth Term;
Pursuant to Resolution No. 12/2002/NQ-CP dated November 8, 2002 of the Government;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Education and Training.
DECISION:
Article 1. The Government's Action Program to Implement the Conclusions of the Sixth Plenary Session of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Ninth Term on Education and Training is hereby promulgated together with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision.
