THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to Decree No. 55/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 28, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to Decree No. 50/CP dated August 28, 1996 of the Government on the establishment, restructuring, dissolution, and bankruptcy of state-owned enterprises;
Pursuant to Circular No. 69/CP-DMDN dated January 8, 2004 of the Government on the acceptance of Ha Long Shipyard Enterprise to become a subsidiary of Vietnam Coal Corporation;
At the suggestion of the Director of the Department of Organization and Cadres,
DECISION:
Article 1. Transfer Ha Long Shipyard Enterprise, a state-owned independent enterprise directly under the People's Committee of Quang Ninh Province, to become a subsidiary enterprise under independent accounting of Vietnam Coal Corporation and implement shareholding reform in 2005.
Article 2. Vietnam Coal Corporation shall be responsible for working with the People's Committee of Quang Ninh Province to carry out this transfer in accordance with the relevant laws.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, Heads of Departments, Directors of Bureaus under the Ministry, Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ninh Province, Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director of Vietnam Coal Corporation, Director of Ha Long Shipyard Enterprise are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
