DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Regarding amendments and supplements to certain articles of the Examination Regulations for completion of secondary school and high school (issued together with Decision No. 17/2002/QD-BGD&ĐT dated April 5, 2002 and Decision No. 13/2004/QD-BGD&ĐT dated April 28, 2004 of the Minister of Education and Training)
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/ND-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of ministries and ministerial-level agencies; Pursuant to Decree No. 85/2003/ND-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING
At the proposal of the Director of the Testing and Quality Assurance Department,
Amending and supplementing certain articles of the "Examination Regulations for completion of secondary school and high school" issued together with Decision No. 17/2002/QD-BGD&ĐT dated April 5, 2002 and Decision No. 13/2004/QD-BGD&ĐT dated April 28, 2004 of the Minister of Education and Training, as follows:
Clause 2 of Article 27 shall be amended and supplemented as follows:
DECISION:
Article 1. Duties of examination marking teams:
a) Organize training and guidance on marking and scoring criteria.
"2.b) Organize marking of examination papers according to the regulations on organizing examinations each year issued by the Ministry of Education and Training.
c) Check and review daily marking scores and scores of examination papers sent by the computerized department according to the Chairman of the Examination Marking Board's instructions.
Prepare disciplinary recommendation records (if any) and reports on examination marking results of the team."
2. Point b of Clause 2 of Article 31 shall be amended and supplemented as follows:
For high schools: The Testing and Quality Assurance Department of the Ministry of Education and Training."
The Heads of the Office, the Departments of Cadre and Civil Servant Organization, Planning and Finance, Testing and Quality Assurance, Secondary Education, Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training, Directors of Provincial Departments of Education and Training, Directors of the National University of Hanoi, the National University of Ho Chi Minh City, Principals of universities with specialized high school classes, and Principals of boarding high schools for ethnic minorities under the Ministry are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
"b)For secondary general education schools: The Testing and Quality Assurance Agency under the Ministry of Education and Training."
12/2025/TT-BNNMT dated June 19, 2025 issued by the Minister of Agriculture and EnvironmentThis Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette. Any previous regulations that conflict with this Decision are hereby abolished.
Article 3. The Heads of the Office, the Heads of the Cadres and Civil Servants Department, the Heads of the Planning and Finance Department, the Head of the Testing and Quality Assurance Agency, the Head of the Secondary Education Department, the Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training, the Directors of provincial Departments of Education and Training, the Rectors of Hanoi National University, the Rectors of Ho Chi Minh City National University, and the Principals of universities with specialized secondary general education classes and boarding secondary schools for ethnic minorities under the Ministry shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
