Regarding the Issuance of Industry Standards
MINISTER OF AQUATIC RESOURCES
Pursuant to Decree No. 43/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 2, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Fisheries;
Pursuant to the Ordinance on Veterinary Services;
Pursuant to Decree No. 179/2004/NĐ-CP dated October 21, 2004 of the Government stipulating state management over product and commodity quality;
At the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. The two industry standards set forth below regarding shrimp breeding facilities are hereby promulgated pursuant to this Decision:
1. 28 TCN 92:2005: Shrimp Breeding Facility for Marine Shrimp - Technical Requirements and Veterinary Sanitation.
2. 28 TCN 220:2005: Shrimp Breeding Facility for Green Tiger Shrimp - Technical Requirements and Veterinary Sanitation.
- Fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette for new shrimp breeding facilities that have not yet commenced operations or existing facilities that have not yet commenced operations.
- As of July 1, 2005, for currently operating shrimp breeding facilities.
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office; Heads of Departments, Inspectorates, and Units under the Ministry; Directors of Fisheries Departments and Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development with fisheries management responsibilities; shrimp breeding facilities mentioned in Article 2 and related units are responsible for implementing this Decision.
