Regarding the issuance of Construction Planning Cost Standards
BASED ON THE LAW ON URBAN RENEWAL AND CONSTRUCTION NUMBER 16/2003/QH11 dated November 26, 2003 of the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction.
At the proposal of the Director of the Institute of Construction Economics, the Head of the Department of Economic Finance, and the Head of the Department of Architecture - Planning,
DECISION:
Article 1: The Construction Planning Cost Standards are hereby issued along with this Decision.
Article 2: This Decision shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette and shall supersede Decision No. 502/BXD-VKT dated September 18, 1996; Decision No. 30/2001/QĐ-BXD dated December 18, 2001 of the Minister of Construction on the issuance of Urban Planning Pricing and Construction Planning Cost Standards for the overall system of cities and residential areas within the province's territory.
Article 3: Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government-affiliated agencies, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision.
