Pursuant to Decree No. 55/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 28, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to Decree No. 12/2006/NĐ-CP dated January 23, 2006 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Law on Trade regarding international trade activities and agency buying, selling, processing, and transiting goods with foreign countries;
At the proposal of the Director of Machinery, Metallurgy, and Chemicals Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Publishes the list of prohibited import goods as used second-hand items including bicycles, two-wheeled, three-wheeled motorcycles according to Decree No. 12/2006/NĐ-CP dated January 23, 2006 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Law on Trade regarding international trade activities and agency buying, selling, processing, and transiting goods with foreign countries (attached list).
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from May 1, 2006.
Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government-affiliated agencies, provincial People's Committees, municipal People's Committees under the Central Government, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
