THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORTATION
Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;
Pursuant to Decision No. 267/2003/QĐ-TTg dated December 19, 2003 of the Prime Minister stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Civil Aviation Administration of Vietnam;
At the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department and the Director of the Civil Aviation Administration of Vietnam,
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision hereby promulgates the "Regulation on Management and Technical Operation of Means of Transport Operating in Airspace Areas" attached hereto.
Article 2This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall supersede Decision No. 28/2000/QĐ-CHK dated September 18, 2000 of the Director of the Civil Aviation Administration of Vietnam promulgating the "Technical Regulations for Ground Equipment of Vietnamese Civil Aviation".
Article 3The Heads of the Ministry's Office, Heads of Departments under the Ministry, Head of the Ministry's Inspectorate, Director of the Civil Aviation Administration of Vietnam, Heads of agencies and units, and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
